Food Plant Workers Ready for Your Line
A food line stops when the crew is short, and orders do not wait. Plants also need workers who can follow hygiene rules from the first minute, so filling the shift is only part of the job.
Supreme Employment fills temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent food plant roles. Tell us the line, the shift and your site rules, and we prepare workers for them before they arrive. Your own site and food safety orientation stays with you.
- Hygiene rules explained before the first shift
- Days, afternoons and nights covered

Questions
Food Plant Staffing Questions
Do your workers have food plant experience?
We ask every worker about it and tell you what each one has done. For a role that needs experience we only send workers who have it. For entry-level line roles, you complete the site training.
Who gives the food safety orientation?
You do. Your food safety plan, allergen rules and site procedures are specific to your plant, so your team completes the orientation. We tell workers your basic rules before they arrive.
Can you staff nights and sanitation shifts?
Yes. Tell us the shift times and the number of people, and we match workers who want those hours.
Who handles payroll and WSIB?
We do for temporary workers. Supreme Employment is the employer of record, so wages, vacation pay and WSIB premiums are on our side, and you receive one invoice.
How fast can you send workers?
Tell us the role, the shift and the number of people and we give you a realistic timeline when you call. Many requests are filled within 24 to 48 hours.
