For temporary staff we are the employer of record, so payroll, vacation pay and WSIB are handled by us. You tell us the facility, the shift and the number of PSWs, and we send workers we have already interviewed and checked.

How It Works
Call 647-295-5358 or send the form with the facility, the shifts and the number of PSWs. We send a short list or the confirmed workers, and confirm each one the night before a new placement.
We handle payroll, vacation pay and WSIB for temporary PSWs. If a placement does not work out within 30 days, we replace the worker at no cost.

How fast can you send a PSW?
Tell us the facility, shift and number of PSWs and we give you a realistic timeline when you call. Many requests are filled within 24 to 48 hours, and urgent cover depends on who is available that day.
What do you check before sending a PSW?
We check the PSW certificate or diploma and references, and where you require them, First Aid and CPR, a vulnerable sector police check and immunization or TB records. Tell us your requirements and we only send people who meet them.
Do you place PSWs on permanent jobs?
Yes. We fill temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent PSW roles. With temp-to-hire, you see the PSW on the job first and then hire them onto your payroll.
Who handles payroll and WSIB?
We do for temporary PSWs. Supreme Employment is the employer of record, so wages, vacation pay and WSIB premiums are on our side, and you receive one invoice.
Which areas do you cover?
Toronto, including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough and East York, plus Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, Markham and the rest of the GTA.
