How It Works
Call +1 647 535-9790 or send the form with the site type, the post, the hours and the number of guards. We send a short list or the confirmed guards, and confirm each one before a new placement.
We handle payroll, vacation pay and WSIB for temporary guards. If a placement does not work out within 30 days, we replace the worker at no cost.

Are your guards licensed?
We check each guard’s Ontario security guard licence and its expiry date before we place them. Ontario’s Private Security and Investigative Services Act requires guards to hold a valid licence, and we do not send anyone without one.
Can you cover nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes, those are the shifts most posts need. Tell us the exact hours and how long the post runs, and we match guards who are available for them.
How fast can you send a guard?
Tell us the site, the post and the hours and we give you a realistic timeline when you call. Many requests are filled within 24 to 48 hours.
Who handles payroll and WSIB?
We do for temporary guards. Supreme Employment is the employer of record, so wages, vacation pay and WSIB premiums are on our side, and you receive one invoice.
Can we hire a guard permanently?
Yes. We fill temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent roles. With temp-to-hire you see the guard on your site first and then move them to your payroll.
