Hospitality Staffing
Kitchen, Hotel and Event Staff for Your Busy Shifts
A hotel or kitchen feels a missed shift at once: rooms wait, dishes pile up and the banquet still starts on time. Busy weekends, conventions and holiday seasons make it harder to cover with your own staff.
Supreme Employment fills temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent hospitality roles. Tell us the role, the shift and the certificates the job needs, and we check them before the worker reaches you.

Questions
Hospitality Staffing Questions
Do your servers have Smart Serve?
Ontario requires Smart Serve training for anyone who serves or sells alcohol. Tell us if the role involves alcohol and we check the certificate before we send the worker.
Can you send certified food handlers?
Tell us if your shift needs a certified food handler and we check the certificate before placement. Ontario’s food premises rules require one on site while a kitchen operates.
Can you staff a single event or a busy season?
Yes. Tell us the date, the hours and the number of people for a one-time event, or the weeks you need for a busy season.
Who handles payroll and WSIB?
We do for temporary staff. Supreme Employment is the employer of record, so wages, vacation pay and WSIB premiums are on our side, and you receive one invoice.
How fast can you send staff?
Tell us the role, the shift and the number of people and we give you a realistic timeline when you call. Many requests are filled within 24 to 48 hours.
