Supreme Employment is a Canadian-owned staffing and recruitment agency with its office at Steeles Ave W in Concord, on the Toronto and Vaughan border. Since 2014 we have placed workers with warehouses, factories, construction sites, offices and care providers in Toronto, Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, Markham and the rest of the GTA.
We fill temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent roles. For temporary staff we are the employer of record, so we run payroll, WSIB and the paperwork. You tell us the role, the shift and the headcount. We send people who have already been interviewed and checked.

How fast can a staffing agency in Toronto send workers?
Most roles are filled within 24 to 48 hours of your request. For urgent general labour, we can often send a same-day crew when workers are available. Specialised roles such as AZ drivers or PSWs can take a few days longer, and we tell you the timeline when you call.
How much does it cost to hire through Supreme Employment?
You pay one hourly bill rate for each temporary worker. It covers the worker's wage, CPP and EI contributions, vacation pay, WSIB, payroll and our fee. The rate depends on the role, the shift and how many workers you need. Quotes are free and there is no long-term contract.
Who handles payroll and WSIB for temporary workers?
We do. For temporary placements Supreme Employment is the employer of record, so we pay the workers, make the deductions, pay vacation pay and cover them under WSIB. You approve the hours and receive one invoice.
Do you offer temp-to-hire and permanent placements?
Yes. We fill temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent roles. With temp-to-hire, you see the worker on the job first and then hire them onto your own payroll.
