Try Before You Hire, or Fill the Role for Good
Hiring the wrong person is expensive, and a resume only tells you so much. With temp-to-hire, the worker starts on our payroll, you see them on your floor or in your office, and you decide whether to hire them onto yours.
For roles you already know you want to fill for good, we recruit, screen and interview, then hand you a short list. We also fill temporary roles when you only need cover for a peak or a leave.

How It Works
Call 647-295-5358 or send the form with the role, the shifts and when you want to start. We confirm whether temp-to-hire or a permanent placement fits, and send a short list.
We handle payroll, vacation pay and WSIB for temporary workers. If a placement does not work out within 30 days, we replace the worker at no cost.

What is temp-to-hire?
The worker is placed with you as a temp on our payroll. After an agreed trial period you can hire them onto your own payroll, or end the assignment. It lets you judge attitude, attendance and skill on the real job.
Is there a fee to hire a temp permanently?
We agree the terms with you before the worker starts, so there are no surprises. Ask us for the conversion terms for your role when you call.
How long is the trial period?
It depends on the role and your needs. We agree the length with you at the start.
How is a permanent placement different?
For a permanent placement we recruit, screen and interview, then present a short list. The person you choose joins your payroll on day one. We agree the placement terms with you before we start searching.
