How quickly can you staff a manufacturing shift in the GTA?
Most manufacturing roles are filled within 24 to 48 hours. For an urgent shift we can often send workers the same or next day. Large crews for a new line are usually staffed within a week.
What manufacturing roles do you fill?
Machine operators (CNC, injection moulding, press, packaging), assemblers, production line workers, packers, quality inspectors, production leads, maintenance helpers, millwright assistants and sanitation crews.
Do your workers have safety training?
Every worker has WHMIS awareness confirmed before placement and brings the PPE your site requires, such as safety boots and vests. You give the site-specific orientation on the first day.
Can we hire a temp worker permanently?
Yes. Many clients use temp-to-hire: the worker starts on our payroll, and once you are sure of the fit you hire them onto yours. We explain the terms in your quote.
Who pays WSIB for temporary manufacturing workers?
We do. Supreme Employment is the employer of record for temporary workers, so we pay wages, vacation pay and WSIB premiums. You receive one invoice for the hours worked.
