Privacy Policy

Who we are

Supreme Employment is a staffing and recruitment agency based at 3100 Steeles Ave W, Suite 206, Concord, Ontario L4K 3R1. We place workers with employers across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy covers supremejobs.ca and the information you give us through it, by phone or by email.

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have a question about your information, email info@supremejobs.ca or call 647-295-5358.

What we collect

If you apply for work

• Your name, phone number, email address and home address
• Your resume, and any licences or certificates you choose to upload (for example a security licence, forklift certificate or driver's licence)
• Your answers on the application: roles you want, availability, student status, whether you need an LMIA, whether you have a vehicle, languages, and references
• Gender, only if you choose to answer. It is optional.

If you are an employer or send us a message

• Your name, email, phone number and the details of your request

Automatically, when you use the site

• The page you sent a form from, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to stop spam and abuse of our forms.

Why we use it

• To review your application and contact you about jobs that match your skills and availability
• To share your resume and relevant details with an employer, only for a specific job and only with your agreement
• To reply to employer requests and arrange staffing
• To meet our legal obligations, such as payroll, tax and workplace safety records for workers we place

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a form.

Who can see it

Our recruiters and office staff. Employers see your details only when we put you forward for a role and you have agreed. We use a small number of service providers to run the business: our website host (Hostinger), our email provider (Microsoft 365) and, where needed, payroll providers. They process information only on our instructions.

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada. When they do, your information is subject to the laws of that country, and we require them to protect it.

How we protect it

Resumes and licence files uploaded on this site are stored in a private folder that cannot be opened from the web. Only logged-in administrators can download them. The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Staff access is limited to people who need it to do their job.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate applications for up to two years after your last contact with us, so we can match you with new openings. Records for workers we have placed are kept as long as the law requires for payroll and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time.

Your choices

• See your information. Ask us what we hold about you.
• Correct it. Tell us if anything is wrong or out of date.
• Withdraw consent or ask for deletion. We will remove your application unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Email info@supremejobs.ca with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies to load pages quickly and keep forms working. If we add website analytics, it will be listed here and will not collect the content of any form.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
