Getting Workers to Your Site
Milton Transit runs local buses, and the GO Milton line runs mainly at weekday rush hours, so many warehouse workers drive or carpool, especially for night shifts.
We match each worker to sites and shift times they can reach, which is one of the main reasons our placements last.
What Milton Employers Hire For
Milton warehouses hire forklift operators, pickers and packers year round, with the biggest increases before the fall and holiday peak, when e-commerce volume climbs.
Night and weekend shifts are common. We check that each worker has a car or a reliable ride for the shift times before confirming them.
