Pay and Shifts

Airport-area warehouses follow delivery and flight schedules, so early mornings, nights and weekends are common.

Questions
Forklift Job Questions
Do I need a forklift licence in Ontario?
Ontario has no government forklift licence. Employers must make sure operators are trained, so they ask for a forklift training certificate and often evaluate you on their own equipment. Upload your certificate when you apply.
Where are the forklift jobs in Mississauga?
Mostly around the Pearson airport area, Meadowvale, Heartland and the Gateway and Dixie areas, plus nearby Brampton and Etobicoke.
How do I get to Mississauga warehouses?
MiWay buses and the Transitway reach many areas, though a lot of warehouse sites are easiest by car, especially for nights. Tell your recruiter how you travel.
Is there a fee?
No. A temporary help agency cannot charge workers a fee in Ontario, and we never do.
